We keep this short because we collect very little. This page covers the website. Drawings and project files you send us for paid work are also covered by our engagement terms and, if you ask for one, an NDA.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your email address, project type, deadline, scope notes and anything else you write.
- Basic visit counts: pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. This is anonymous and uses no cookies, so we can't identify you from it.
We don't use advertising trackers, we don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, run the project. Visit counts help us see which pages are useful.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the site and counts visits.
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
- Our email provider stores the conversation that follows.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for the work, invoicing and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email info@overnightdrawing.co and we'll do it promptly.
Your drawings
Files you share are used only for your project, are seen only by our team, and are never shown in our portfolio or shared outside the project. Every sample on this site is a concept project.
